HBO Max finally shows off The Last of Us
In the gaming world, The Last of Us is a brand with an excellent reputation. It was hardly surprising to hear about the plans of the HBO Max platform to prepare a series presenting the adventures of Joel and Ellie in a post-apocalyptic world. We had to wait for a long time (fans of the universe know that it’s not a coincidence) for the first trailer(a few seconds presented in August are not enough). And when it finally appeared, does it inspire optimism? Check it yourself.

The cast is familiar, but is it good?
Do you see any familiar faces in the trailer? It’s possible because Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey are starring here and are not anonymous.
Pedro Pascal has appeared in such high-profile productions as Narcos, The Mandalorian and Game of Thrones (here in a slightly smaller role). The latter series also starred Bella Ramsey. The other thing is, are these actors a good fit for this project? Initial opinions online seem sharply divided.
The Last of Us series has no release date yet
Unfortunately, the trailer did not coincide with the announcement of the premiere date. All the time it is only mentioned that the series will be available next year (probably in the first half). 10 episodes are planned.
